Physical Therapist (PT) – Colonial Vista Post Acute, Wenatchee, WA Pay: $45–$55 per hour (DOE) PRN Rate: $50–$65 per hour Come see what we’re all about! We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team and help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. General Purpose The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families and care teams, and maintains accurate documentation. The PT also provides staff education and contributes to quality improvement across the facility. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Current Washington State PT license (or eligibility)
  • Skilled in documentation systems (Casamba, PointClickCare)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and state practice standards
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans and document progress
  • Supervise PT Assistants and assist with training Restorative Aides
  • Participate in care conferences and in-service training
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers in home programs and safe mobility
  • Recommend and help obtain durable medical equipment
  • Maintain compliance with all licensure, policy, and documentation requirements
