About The Position

Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent opportunity in Margate, Florida.

The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete therapeutic process for an assigned patient population in coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient outcomes across the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license for the position being applied for.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an inpatient or acute care therapy environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and deliver treatment interventions within scope of practice and professional standards.
• Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care aligned with physician treatment plans.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, exercises, and therapeutic devices.
• Support continuity of care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs.
