About the Job Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and/or inpatients of all ages—from adolescents to adults and geriatrics—with occasional developmentally based exceptions depending on clinical need.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Strong time‑management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outpatient PT preferred (1–2 years).

  • Lymphedema Certification
  • Dry Needling

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients using subjective data, objective measures, clinical assessment, prognosis, and function‑based goals, establishing effective and individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify patient‑specific treatment programs to support functional progress and long-term outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver patient and family education, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and understanding.
  • Document all clinical findings, plans, and progress in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete all required insurance and third‑party payer information.
  • Provide clinical supervision to new staff members and/or affiliating students as assigned.
  • Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
  • Maintain clinical competency and utilize equipment and techniques appropriate to training and experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and support a safe and positive patient experience.
