Collaborates with inter-disciplinary and inter-departmental teams to achieve goals and objectives for the provision of optimal patient care services. These services include structured treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication. Physical Therapy - M.S, DPT Current California P.T. Requirements

  • Physical Therapy - M.S, DPT
  • Current California P.T. License
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified)
