About The Position

Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Full-Time)Locations: Lakeland South & Lakeland East (5 miles apart)Schedule: Monday–FridaySalary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experienceIncentives: $20,000 sign‑on bonus and $350/month ongoing student loan repayment Select Physical Therapy in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support two outpatient centers located just five miles apart. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical team treating a general orthopedic population, with additional exposure to neuro, sports medicine and amputee cases. Both new graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Requirements

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
Valid State Physical Therapist License
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
