About The Position

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This full-time role involves assessing patient needs, providing treatment, and supporting recovery through practical, goal-based care. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a straightforward clinic setting, a consistent weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), and the ability to spend real time with patients, with a patient volume of 1 patient per hour. New graduates may be considered.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Use movement-based treatment methods and exercise instruction
• Follow patient progress and make plan changes when needed
• Help patients understand their recovery process and home program
• Complete all required notes and records on time
