About The Position

Platinum TherapEASE Staffing is a leading provider of rehabilitation staffing services for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the country. With a focus on quality care and positive patient outcomes, our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide hands-on patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for our patients.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
