We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with acute care experience to:

Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex
patients admitted to University Hospital in acute care settings.
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive
evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge
plans.
Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary
and specialty care academic medical center.
Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and
educate others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
