About The Position

The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is the largest PT-owned practice in the state, recognized by patients as the 5-Star Standard for Physical Therapy Care. The practice offers an opportunity to earn $120,000+, supported by real development, structured mentorship, and a clear growth path within a clinician-led practice that has been independently operated for over 25 years. You will join a strong team culture, strengthen your clinical skill set, and contribute to a patient-first, purpose-driven environment with a sustainable pace of 1–2 patients per hour, designed to support work-life balance. The practice seeks confident, capable clinicians who are motivated to grow and contribute meaningfully to patient care. Candidates are invited to spend part of a day to experience the organization's culture firsthand. The mentorship program includes dedicated 1:1 sessions with highly credentialed, board-certified DPT mentors, intentional mentor matching, and access across a wide range of clinical expertise. This program aims to train DPTs to practice at the true depth and breadth of the profession, strengthen their ability to evaluate, assess, and make sound clinical decisions grounded in best evidence, provider expertise, and patient values, and expand their clinical lens through exposure to imaging, diagnostics, and lab data. Participants will also engage in advanced case discussions, treatment roundtables, and meaningful clinical collaboration.
