About The Position
A facility located south of Walla Walla, WA, in Oregon, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team! Details are listed below. Pay: $ 47.00 - $73.00 / hourly + $20,000 Sign-on bonus Physical Therapist Opportunity: Full-time, direct-hire position Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends Mostly Outpatient Full Benefits package with PTO A close-knit team of therapists works with each other, Physical Therapist Assistants, administrative individuals, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, caring treatments The Surrounding Environment: Offers many opportunities for outdoor activities, including walking, hiking, paddle-boarding, kayaking, and sightseeing The area has several nearby State Parks that offer a wide range of recreational opportunities The nearby towns offer a small Alpaca Ranch, local vineyards, and other attractions for exploration McNary Dam and Park, Riverfront Park, and Steelhead Park are just a few nearby parks to be enjoyed by the community
Requirements
- Current OR Physical Therapist license
- BLS Certified
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and discharges that meet the current standards of the discipline of physical therapy and the hospital
- Administer manual exercises, massage, or traction to help relieve pain, increase patient strength, or decrease or prevent deformity or crippling
- Prepares and submits patient charges accurately to provide appropriate billing information
