Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is clinician-owned, which means leadership actually understands the work you do every day. We’re growing and looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist to serve patients in the Barnstable residential area of Massachusetts, helping them regain independence and mobility in the place they’re most comfortable — home.

New Grads Welcome! If you’re a Physical Therapist with less than one year of experience, we’d love for you to apply to our New Grad Program. This includes a 90-day mentorship program at a competitive salaried rate, designed to give you hands-on guidance, real-world experience, and the support you need to thrive — all while building toward a full PT salary.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while still valuing team collaboration
• EMR experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Home health or community-based therapy experience
• Experience working with neurological or ABI populations
• Experience performing home safety and mobility evaluations
• Comfort educating caregivers and families in the home environment

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one physical therapy care in patients’ homes — no crowded clinics or double bookings.
• Helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on real-world function.
• Collaborating with a responsive, supportive interdisciplinary team.
• Documenting in a user-friendly EMR designed to support patient care.
