About The Position
AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants strong mentorship, excellent training, and a supportive culture focused on high-quality patient care. Why AID Performance PT Patient-first model: 1-hour evaluations and maximum of two patients/hour Sports and orthopedic care with a focus on return-to-sport, ACL rehab, and performance-based rehab Advanced tools: VALD ForceDecks, VALD HHD, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) AI scribe documentation support to reduce charting time so you can focus on patient care and quality of life Structured onboarding, mentorship, and weekly staff development meetings Role & Development Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and deliver a great experience Participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing clinic development Grow toward increased responsibility over time based on performance
Requirements
- Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)
- New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply

- Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)

Benefits
- Base salary: $76,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus potential (individual + clinic goals)
- Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience)
