Requirements

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Willingness to travel throughout the coverage area
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance per state law
  • Ability to lift, move, and support 50 lbs (patients & equipment)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
