Requirements
- Current PT license
- Completion of accredited physical therapy program
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patient conditions, including vestibular disorders, TMJ, orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as pelvic floor dysfunction
- Develop a plan of care individualized to meet patient needs
- Provide patient education of condition as well as purpose and progressions of physical therapy
- Implement a comprehensive home exercise program
- Document patient care history
- Communicate and Collaborate with referring providers
