About The Position
Federal Staffing Resources is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support the 4th Medical Group at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. This is a full-time, onsite role providing outpatient physical therapy services to active-duty personnel and other eligible beneficiaries in a military treatment facility environment. Services are provided under a personal services arrangement with day-to-day clinical oversight by Government personnel.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (any U.S. state or territory)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to meet federal credentialing and background requirements
- Ability to work onsite (telework not permitted)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and patient education
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record per DHA/MTF policy
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, documentation, and quality standards
- Support continuity of care and high patient satisfaction
