About The Position
Physical Therapist – Integrated Orthopedic Model Location: Murfreesboro, TN (Clinic #12 — Opening April 2026) Job Type: Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 | Annual Performance Incentive: $5,000+ This Isn’t Your Typical PT Job Most outpatient PT clinics hand you a full schedule and a productivity quota. Sport Ortho is a fully integrated musculoskeletal platform, orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, PA/NPs, and physical therapists practicing together under one roof, every single day. Not as separate departments. Not through a referral fax. As a unified care team. Our physical therapists are embedded in that model from day one. You’ll collaborate directly with orthopedic providers on complex cases, have access to on-site imaging, regenerative medicine, and sports medicine and you’ll practice in an environment designed to exhaust every conservative option before anything else is considered. And because we believe great care requires time, our PTs average 10 patients per day. That’s not a marketing line. It’s a clinical standard we protect intentionally. On-Site Clinical Resources In-house imaging, regenerative medicine, urgent orthopedic care, and sports medicine give you tools most outpatient PTs never touch. You’ll practice at the full depth of your training. Manageable Caseloads, By Design 10 patients per day is our standard. It gives you the space to do thorough evaluations, deliver hands-on care, and actually move the needle for your patients. Requirements
- Active Tennessee PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- DPT preferred; Master’s-level considered with relevant experience
- Collaborative, curious, and committed to conservative musculoskeletal care
- CPR certification preferred
