About The Position
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice. This role focuses on evaluating patients, building treatment plans, and helping people improve movement, reduce pain, and return to daily activities with more confidence. You will have the time to work closely with each patient and provide care that feels thoughtful, not rushed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates may be considered
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify therapy goals
- Create treatment plans based on individual needs and progress
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using appropriate techniques
- Monitor recovery and update care plans as needed
- Teach patients exercises and movement strategies for home use
- Complete accurate documentation for each visit
