Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Passionate about providing patient-centered, high-quality care.
• Excited to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based care in orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and teammates to maintain a supportive, high-performing environment.
• Contribute to a culture of learning and excellence through shared growth and collaboration.
