Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maine (or license-eligible)
• 1–5 years of experience preferred (strong new grads encouraged to apply)
• Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy
• Interest in balance and vestibular rehab
• Coachable, motivated, and patient-centered
• Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care in: Outpatient orthopedics Balance & vestibular rehabilitation Neurological rehab (Pelvic health interest welcomed but not required)
• Build strong, long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development
