About The Position

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient office in Normandy Park, WA, near Seattle. This role focuses on evaluating patients, building treatment plans, and guiding them through recovery with one-on-one care. You will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and move forward with more confidence in their daily lives. This is a strong fit for a PT who values quality treatment time, consistent scheduling, and a patient-centered clinical setting.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
CPR certification
Strong clinical reasoning and clear patient communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice To Haves

Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise to support recovery and functional progress
Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust the plan of care as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time
Collaborate with support staff and other providers to maintain smooth patient care
Track progress toward treatment goals and support safe, effective outcomes
