Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active and unrestricted VA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to restore strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
