About The Position
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll guide patients through recovery with a clear plan and consistent follow-through. You’ll evaluate, treat, and educate using clinical judgment and practical tools that move the needle. The goal is simple: help patients return to the activities they care about, with steady improvement they can feel week to week.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current California Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinicals)
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, establish goals, and outline a plan of care
- Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Use therapeutic exercise and functional training to improve strength and mobility
- Provide manual therapy as clinically appropriate
- Monitor outcomes, update documentation, and adjust plans as needed
- Coordinate with physicians, case managers, or other providers when required
- Maintain professional standards for safety, ethics, and documentation
