Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments
• Mentor and support team members
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth and performance
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Help cultivate a strong, positive clinic culture
