Physical Therapist – Corporate Employee Wellness Center
About The Position
Provide onsite physical therapy support at a corporate wellness clinic located within a major financial institution in San Francisco, CA. This is a low-volume, prevention-focused role centered on employee wellness, ergonomics, and injury prevention. This position offers a structured, low-stress clinical environment with a focus on quality care and meaningful patient interactions—without the administrative burden of traditional settings. Why This Role No insurance billing or prior authorizations 1:1 patient sessions (40 minutes each) Maximum of 11 patients per day Low-acuity, wellness-focused patient population Collegial and supportive work environment Predictable daytime schedule Ideal for supplemental income or schedule flexibility
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience with workplace ergonomics, mindfulness movement and stretching.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to reliably commute to office in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 consultations focused on mobility, comfort, and injury prevention.
- Lead guided stretching and movement sessions.
- Perform ergonomic assessments and workplace adjustments.
- Maintain concise documentation in the EMR system.
