About The Position
This role is for an innovative, motivated Physical Therapist to join the Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas) Physical Therapy team in Woodbury, TN. The position offers a flexible income opportunity under the new Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, allowing therapists control over their caseload and maximizing earning potential. The company, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands, provides tools and support, handling administrative work so therapists can focus on patient care. Upstream Rehabilitation is a national network with over 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, emphasizing clinical outcomes, data, technology, and a supportive community for professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
