Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Jensen Beach , FL to provide treatment in a Home Setting: $110/eval We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
