About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a brand-new outpatient Clinic in Saugus MA. This opportunity offers the unique chance to combine hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. As the Physical Therapist, you will play an instrumental role in growing our clinic, establishing the best practices, and fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment as we continue to grow. The role involves treating patients while helping to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, the therapist will have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources. FYZICAL aims to redefine outpatient physical therapy by combining cutting-edge balance and vestibular care with a personalized, compassionate approach. The clinic is independently owned and locally operated, backed by the nationally recognized FYZICAL brand. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
• Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
• Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality
• Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships
• Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands
