About The Position

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for PT evaluations and development and implementation of the PT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The PT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree -Physical Therapy or, D.P.T. - Physical Therapy
  • 1 year - Working with a geriatric population
