About The Position

This position is for a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist in a hybrid role within a dynamic retirement community in Roswell, GA. It offers a unique opportunity to provide care in both an on-campus outpatient gym and a home health environment, serving residents across various living arrangements including cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role emphasizes minimal travel time due to the small geographic radius of care delivery. Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services and understands the unique challenges clinicians face. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

  • Provide care in two distinct settings: the on-campus outpatient gym and the home health environment.
  • Serve residents in cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Treat patients with modern equipment in a supportive environment.
  • Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team.
  • Work towards positive outcomes with patient care and satisfaction.
