We are committed to quality patient care and are one of the few practices who limit the patients our therapists see to two per hour. We are currently seeking a skilled, experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. Overview: We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who has strong background in orthopedics and sports medicine in addition to excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises.
