About The Position
Join a dynamic therapy team as a Physical Therapist in our Acute Inpatient Rehab unit. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation and a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to quality care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapy license in Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT (specify Acute or Rehab interest when applying)
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions according to physician orders and rehab goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy plans and at-home exercises
- Participate in interdisciplinary team planning
- Prioritize caseloads and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
