Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
- Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
- Arizona PT License or Pending
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional movement assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home programs
- Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR
- Support preventative care and promote long-term wellness
