Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and determine functional limitations
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for each patient
- Provide direct hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Complete accurate documentation of patient care and progress
