About The Position
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient practice where patient care stays personal and structured. In this role, you’ll evaluate movement issues, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help patients improve strength, function, and day-to-day mobility. This is a good fit for someone who likes one-on-one care, steady hours, and the ability to follow each patient’s progress closely.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify pain points, mobility issues, and functional limitations
- Build individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
- Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans when needed
- Educate patients on home exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
