Location: Based in Sebring, FL serving patients in Highlands County. Your Role as a Physical Therapist: Travel to patients’ homes to provide personalized physical therapy services that support recovery and independence. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s condition and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Requirements

  • Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required).
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred).
  • CPR Certification (preferred).
  • Ability to delegate and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (preferred).

Responsibilities
