We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a private outpatient setting in Pompano Beach, FL. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and establish therapy goals
- Develop and carry out treatment programs
- Use clinical judgment to adapt treatment when needed
- Guide patients through exercises and functional mobility work
- Provide education on follow-up care and at-home routines
- Keep records complete, accurate, and current
