About The Position

Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Location: Belfair, Washington Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 per year (DOE) + Monthly Performance Bonus Bonuses: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” Bonus Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No Weekends or Evenings) Relocation Assistance: Available Overview Our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Belfair, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a patient-centered, evidence-based practice. This role combines traditional hands-on outpatient care with modern digital rehabilitation tools, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality MSK care in a supportive, progressive environment. Our clinical model is based on a proven musculoskeletal approach developed in Sweden—credited with reducing joint replacement surgeries through early intervention and consistent follow-up. As part of our team, you’ll help lead the next generation of outpatient rehab while growing professionally in a collaborative, mentorship-driven setting.

Requirements

  • Active or eligible Washington State PT license
  • Two years of outpatient clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
  • Interest in clinic management and long-term career development

Responsibilities

  • Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility strategies, and long-term recovery
  • Document patient progress accurately within the EMR system
  • Work closely with PTAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care
