About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient practice and provide practical, individualized care to patients working through pain, injury, and mobility challenges. The role centers on evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on therapy, and patient education. With one patient per hour, you’ll be able to stay focused on care quality and progress from visit to visit.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new patients and identify treatment priorities
- Establish personalized therapy plans with clear goals
- Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and manual treatment
- Document progress and complete re-evaluations as needed
- Teach patients how to continue progress between visits
- Communicate with the care team about treatment updates
- Support safe, effective recovery throughout the plan of care
