Join our team at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic in Noblesville, IN. This is a Full Time, Physical Therapist opportunity with full and competitive benefits. The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic – Noblesville consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients. The facility includes a large gym with private and semi-private treatment rooms, a fitness center, and an aquatic pool onsite. The clinic focuses on 1:1 highly personalized and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, committed to continuous education, believes in one-on-one patient care, enjoys community and educational events, and values lifelong patient relationships. Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana
• One (1) year of outpatient experience or New Grads with appropriate clinical rotations
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience
• Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)

Nice To Haves

• Lymphedema experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
• Other duties as assigned
