At Prescott Therapies, we do things differently. We offer hourly pay — not per visit — so you’re compensated for all the time and effort you put into delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This is a unique position! Your rehab aide serves as your driver between visits and is there to assist you during visits to allow you to get important tasks done during work rather than at home. Our physical therapists do not complete start of care visits. Our interdisciplinary team provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in group homes and home health settings. Requirements

Ability to manage a physical workload
Strong rapport-building skills with a diverse caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication
Passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Design and carry out individualized physical therapy plans of care
Work hands-on with patients to maximize function and independence
Supervise and support PTA services
Collaborate with team members and partner organizations to achieve outstanding outcomes
