About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Covington, GA. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on recovery plans and at-home exercises Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical or outpatient experience preferred
