Location: Based in Panama City, FL, serving patients in Bay County, F,L and surrounding areas. Your Role as a Physical Therapist: Travel to patients’ homes to provide personalized physical therapy services that support recovery and independence. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s condition and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care Ask about our preceptorship program, featuring exceptional clinical educators and robust hands-on skills training! Requirements

Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required).
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).

Nice To Haves

Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred).
CPR Certification (preferred).
Ability to delegate and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (preferred).
