About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled, confident Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic team in our Maple Grove location. Pelvic health specialty or interest is a bonus—we provide training and mentoring in this area. Why This Role No double -booking 1 -hour initial evaluations 30–45 minute follow -up visits A supportive, low -stress outpatient environment compared to many clinics Flexible schedule: full -time preferred, but part -time or 0.75 FTE is welcome long -term What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence -based treatment Educate patients on recovery, home programs, and injury prevention Collaborate with a team focused on high -quality outcomes and patient experience If interested, expand into pelvic health and/or TMJ/TMD treatment with structured mentoring and appropriate coursework What We’re Looking For Licensed (or license -eligible) Physical Therapist in Minnesota Confidence treating orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries Pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required Strong interest in learning pelvic health and/or TMJ/TMD conditions is highly valued Professional, patient -centered, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Compensation Competitive salary, variable based on experience and schedule Benefits (for eligible schedules) 401(k) with guaranteed 3% employer contribution 100% employer -paid health insurance premiums $1,000/year tax -free HSA contribution Generous vacation, sick, and continuing education time off Paid holidays $1,000 annual continuing education tuition Participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and more

Requirements

  • Licensed (or license -eligible) Physical Therapist in Minnesota
  • Confidence treating orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries
  • Professional, patient -centered, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

Nice To Haves

  • Pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interest in learning pelvic health and/or TMJ/TMD conditions is highly valued
