Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in Long-term Care or geriatrics is a bonus!

Responsibilities

Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility, safety, and independence
Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, Nursing, and the care team
Educate Residents, Families, and staff on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment
Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session
