Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Able to travel within your selected coverage area
• Comfort with mobile, in-home outpatient care
• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
