About The Position
Inabia is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its Rehab Therapy team in Belview, Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence in a supportive care center environment. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically strong, and comfortable working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- SNF / rehab experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
- Document evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards
