About The Position

Anderson Clinic Physical Therapy is currently seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist to serve in their Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics at the following locations: 2501 Parker’s Lane, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22306 3299 Woodburn Rd., Suite 260, Fairfax, VA 22003 10716 Richmond Hwy., Suite 102, Lorton, VA 22079 Be a part of this phenomenal career opportunity! Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction, and efficient management operations. Must have the ability to be mentored and receptive to training processes. Create and maintain an environment that is consistent with the company’s values and objectives. Conveys a professional image and attitude. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process. Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals. Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions. Ability to pass background check and potential drug screen. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Doctoral and/or master’s degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • Experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy.
  • Full understanding of State Practice Act(s) and Compliance in the state(s) assigned.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Ability to pass background check and potential drug screen.
