Requirements

• Active CA PT license (or pending)
• Ortho or post-op rehab experience
• Able to direct PTA care clearly
• Strong, steady communication
• For Grossmont Manager: prior leadership or lead-level responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Run evals and build clear plans of care
• Direct PTA-led treatment with clean handoffs
• Adjust plans using outcomes data
