Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT required)
Active Pennsylvania PT license
1–2 years of experience

Nice To Haves

Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Establish clear goals and plans of care
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery, prevention, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with providers and team members to optimize outcomes
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Provide an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge
