Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
